The handling of personal data provided in the registration form, in particular the scope of first name, surname, title, date of birth, and security clearance, is carried out by VeV-VA in accordance with the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR). The data provided herein are processed by the controller of these personal data (VeV-VA) in connection with the provision of services (participation in the activity, accommodation, catering, parking within the premises, etc.). Requests for access to your personal data, their rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing may be submitted via www.vavyskov.cz.
